Just had Marco come and un-clog a kitchen sink in my rental property. It was a rare situation where after you snake the drain, when you pull out the snake, the pipe would clog back up. Marco knew exactly what to do and corrected the issue. He did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company.

There are a few different techniques that plumbers use to repair broken sewer lines. Among them are drain clearing, hydro jetting, and rooter service. Call (818) 254-8094
today to schedule an appointment with a Oscar's Plumbing & Rooter technician to determine how best to repair your broken sewer line.
A broken sewer line can be caused by many things; various obstructions can cause a leak, tree roots can protrude through a sewer line, and old age can lead to the eventual breakdown of a sewer line. No matter the cause, the professionals at Oscar's Plumbing & Rooter can diagnose the problem and repair your sewer line quickly!
The most severe sign of a main sewer line break is the puddling of septic wastewater in your yard. This indicates a main line break that needs to be addressed by a professional. However, there are other less severe signs that can be indicative of a sewer line break. If you suspect your main sewer line is broken, call Oscar's Plumbing & Rooter today!
Yes, a broken sewer line can be dangerous. Damage to your main sewer line can cause significant structural damage to your home and if left untreated, can lead to cracks in your home’s foundation, a settled foundation, and/or even sinkholes (pools of septic waste). If you have a broken sewer line, call Oscar's Plumbing & Rooter to have it repaired right away.
Over time toilet paper and other debris can clog up a sewer line as they get snagged on the tree roots that often infiltrate sewer lines. Flushing sanitary products, feminine hygiene products, facial tissues, paper towels, or even extra-thick toilet paper can severely clog up your sewer line over time. It is best to avoid flushing anything down your toilet other than toilet paper to avoid unnecessary sewer line clogs.
The main culprit of a collapsed sewer line is typically tree roots. Tree roots naturally seek out water so they are highly attracted to all of the moisture that exists within your sewer line. Unfortunately, these tree roots can end up growing into the actual pipe itself, through the joints, and after decades of use, the tree roots degrade from the constant exposure to moisture. Eventually, the sewer line itself will weaken to the point of completely collapsing. If you are struggling with a collapsed sewer line, call Oscar's Plumbing & Rooter to help you replace it right away.

I had a problem with my bathroom sink drain pipe: the pop-up part was broken and the whole pop-up and tail piece unit had to be replaced. I called Oscar's plumbing. From the first phone call to the actual service, everything was impeccable. The person on the phone was very polite and took the time to thoroughly listen to the problem, take notes, and he gave me a 4-hour time frame for the technician to come over. He actually came early in that time frame, was very thorough and professional, and knew exactly what to do. He didn't have the proper part in his truck, so he left for 45 mn to buy it, came back and was done within 30 mn. Clean job, great quality, everything working perfectly. The price was almost $400 ($396.87 exactly). The technician gave me the estimate for approval before starting the job. I didn't have the time to shop around for other estimates, so, I went for it. But I did a bit of research afterwards to gauge how that fare compared to other plumbing businesses. This is an excerpt I found from "Forbes Home" regarding national average cost for drain pipe repair or replacement: "You can estimate an average cost between $250 and $1,250 with the national average around $700. These estimates are for replacing a smaller section of drain pipe. Replacing your entire drain pipe system could cost in the range of $15,000 to $20,000."So, this gives you a comparative idea of how fair Oscar's Plumbing cost was. Great experience overall.
